I am delighted to announce the release of The Twenty Murders, a gritty Scottish mystery crime thriller. Here’s the blurb:
A series of murders with nothing to link them … except the message left by the killer
Constable Morven MacLeod is a veteran officer who knows her patch like the back of her hand. But the modern police service is different to the one she joined and Morven needs a change. After discovering the body of a librarian, she joins CID where she’s partnered with Dave Newton, a detective she despises.
When another corpse turns up with the same distinctive signature, Morven and Dave soon realise they are hunting for a dangerous serial killer. But Morven’s theory about what connects the victims is deemed too politically toxic to pursue. It’s the same issue that sees Kerry Connelly hounded from her university position because of her views, and thrust into Morven’s world.
Hampered by senior management within the Scottish police force, Morven and Dave hunt the killer because they know it is only a matter of time before the murderer strikes again.
